Coverage: Full delivery coverage across all seven Emirates within the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and other regions.
Timeline:
- Digital Design Deliverables: Sent via our official email (nargisia456@gmail.com) or encrypted download links within the precise timeframe specified in your contract.
- Physical Products/Prototypes: Dispatched within 2-3 business days for Dubai and adjacent metropolitan areas; 3-5 business days for remote regions following production completion.
Inspection upon Receipt: For physical items, customers are required to inspect the package upon delivery. If any transit damage or quantity discrepancy is discovered, you retain the legal right to reject the shipment and should immediately notify us at 0544869358.

Returns & Refund Policy
Our return policy fully complies with the statutory mandates stipulated by the UAE Ministry of Economy regarding e-commerce transactions:

7-Day Cool-off Period (Standard Items): For standard, non-customized physical products purchased online, customers have the legal right to request a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt, provided the product remains in its original, unaltered, and resalable condition (with original packaging, tags intact, and unused).
Exclusions / Non-Returnable Items (Crucial Notice): In accordance with the consumer protection law, the 7-day return right does not apply to:
1. Tailor-made, bespoke, or highly customized product design services executed according to specific client configurations.
2. Digitally delivered design blueprints, assets, or software files, which are deemed consumed upon electronic dispatch.
Refund Processing: All approved refunds will be credited back exclusively to the original payment method (bank card or online payment gateway) within 7 to 14 business days.
No Surcharge Policy: In strict compliance with UAE law, NARGISIA will never impose any additional transactional or processing surcharges on credit card refunds.

Statutory Warranty & Maintenance Terms
Per the UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, a product warranty is a strict statutory obligation of the provider, not an optional gesture.

Statutory Warranty Coverage: All physical products and hardware components sold by NARGISIA are backed by an official quality warranty. If a product exhibits defects in design, manufacturing, or material craftsmanship during the warranty window, we will provide free repair, replacement, or a full refund.
Major Defect Protection: If a product suffers from the same recurring manufacturing or design flaw more than 3 times within the first year of purchase, the customer is legally entitled to an immediate brand-new replacement or a comprehensive refund.
Alternative Product Provision: Should a covered product require factory maintenance or repairs that exceed a duration of 7 days, NARGISIA will legally provide a temporary substitute product free of charge for the remainder of the repair window to prevent operational disruptions.
Warranty Exclusions: Free warranty coverage does not extend to faults caused by customer negligence, unauthorized modifications, misuse, accidental impacts, or events of Force Majeure.
